Granted authority to operate charters domestically and internationally
by
the Canadian Government in 1986. The authority to fly was
rescinded in
1991 by the Canadian Transportation Agency (Office des transports du
Canada). The ICAO for Air Star was ASC. I don't know
if this airline
ever actually flew. Does anyone know?
